- Type 6 individuals are reserved and tend to work best in an indoor
- work setting not requiring face-to-face interaction with large
- numbers of people. They can work for extended periods of time on
- projects and maintain good concentration. Numerous interruptions
- can be annoying because it breaks their concentration and attention
- to detail. They do not make hasty decisions and find satisfaction
- in understanding the ideas and purpose behind the job they are
- doing. They may find it difficult to remember names and faces but
- have a good memory for detail and facts. They sometimes find it
- easier to express themselves in writing rather than verbalizing
- their feelings. They are very dependable, and have sound judgment,
- but may underestimate their accomplishments. They are very
- faithful to people and work.

- On the job, Type 6 individuals are precise, thorough and patient
- with details. They usually reach their conclusions in an orderly
- step-by-step manner. They prefer an established time frame for
- accomplishing tasks and work best with standardized procedures
- rather than creating new ones. They may prefer to analyze and solve
- problems rather than implementing the solution. When working with
- fellow employees, they are concerned about other people's feelings
- and enjoy pleasing them. They like working in harmonious
- surroundings and their efficiency may suffer when conflicts arise.
- Their decisions are often influenced by other people's personal
- likes and dislikes. They tend to be sympathetic and dislike giving
- people unpleasant news. They are easy to work with and function
- best with occasional praise.

- Type 6 individuals are a very adaptable individual who deal well
- with change and alterations to projects. They are at ease in most
- situations and are not easily frustrated when time pressures are a
- factor. They may become involved in several projects and find it
- difficult to complete them in a timely manner. They may complete
- the most interesting assignments first and postpone the more
- undesirable duties until last. Decision making is sometimes
- difficult and a need for further information may characterize their
- style.
